Can I hold multiple memberships?

Yes. You may hold multiple memberships if positions are available. Each active membership receives its own entry into the monthly draw.

Is The 300 Club capped at 300 memberships?

Yes. Each division is strictly capped at 300 active membership positions. Once all positions are filled, new applicants will join the waiting list until a position becomes available.

Can I cancel my membership at any time?

Yes. There are no lock-in contracts and you can cancel your membership at any time.

How many entries do I receive?

Each active membership receives one entry into the monthly draw for that division. Members who hold multiple memberships receive one entry for each active membership they hold.

Do I receive a ticket number?

No. We do not issue individual ticket numbers.

Each active membership is represented by your name in the draw. Your order confirmation number is provided for your records, however this is not used as a draw ticket number.

How are the draws conducted?

Draws are conducted live using a physical draw barrel. Each active membership is entered into the barrel and a winning entry is selected during the live draw.

Can I see how many memberships are active?

Yes. Available positions are displayed throughout the promotion period. Membership positions may occasionally become available due to unsuccessful renewals or cancellations.

Is this promotion available Australia-wide?

The promotion is available throughout Australia excluding South Australia, unless otherwise stated.

What happens if I win?

We will contact you immediately using the details provided on your account.

If we cannot reach you by phone, we will attempt contact via email and other available contact methods.

You do not need to be present during the draw to win.

Is delivery included?

Yes. We will arrange delivery of the motorcycle to the winner at no additional cost.

How do I know this is legitimate?

AUSTMOTO GROUP PTY LTD is a registered Australian company. Relevant permits, licences and business information are published on our website and promotions are conducted in accordance with applicable Australian laws and regulations.

What membership benefits are included?

Memberships include ongoing access to training, nutrition and riding knowledge from AustMoto Founder Stephen Smith, developed through more than 10 years of professional motocross competition.

Members also receive access to The Arm Pump Diet Program, exclusive member discounts, complimentary ticket entries, and future member-only benefits and bonus rewards.

Do the monthly draws proceed even if all 300 positions are not filled?

Yes. Monthly draws proceed as advertised regardless of how many membership positions are filled at the time of the draw.

How will I know when new positions become available?

Available positions are updated on the website. If all positions are filled, applicants may join the waiting list and will be notified when positions become available.

We regularly donate a portion of our proceeds if profitable to injured riders (for eg. Road2Recovery Foundation)
