By accessing our website or purchasing a product or service from us, you agree to these Terms.
AUSTMOTO operates an online motorcycle-focused business offering products, rider resources, support and benefits, including AUSTMOTO Rider Access™, and conducts trade promotions from time to time.
AUSTMOTO uses third-party website and e-commerce platforms, including Shopify, to provide website functionality and process purchases of our products and services.
These Terms govern general use of the AUSTMOTO website and purchases made through it.
Individual trade promotions are also governed by separate promotion-specific Terms & Conditions.
AUSTMOTO Rider Access™ is a one-time motorcycle knowledge, support and benefits service provided for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Rider Access may include access to rider resources and programs, Ask Steve™ rider support, motorcycle knowledge and guidance, AUSTMOTO content, and partner benefits or discounts made available during the access period.
Rider Access is not a membership or subscription and does not automatically renew. Access expires at the end of the applicable 30-day period unless a further separate purchase is made.
Where a Rider Access purchase is made in connection with an eligible AUSTMOTO trade promotion, one promotional entry is included with each qualifying purchase, unless otherwise stated in the applicable promotion Terms & Conditions. There is no separate charge for the promotional entry.
Customers may make multiple qualifying purchases where permitted by the applicable promotion Terms & Conditions, with each qualifying purchase including the promotional entry stated for that purchase.
The specific eligibility requirements, maximum number of promotional entries, promotional period, prize, selection process and other promotion conditions are governed by the Terms & Conditions of the applicable promotion.
AUSTMOTO may conduct trade promotions involving motorcycles and other prizes from time to time.
Each promotion is governed by its own specific Terms & Conditions, which may include important information regarding eligibility, promotional periods, participation requirements, available spots or allocations, prize details, selection procedures, relevant permits or authorities and other conditions applicable to that promotion.
The Terms & Conditions applicable to each current promotion can be accessed through the relevant promotion page on our website.
You should read the Terms & Conditions for the relevant promotion before making a purchase connected with that promotion.
If there is any inconsistency between these general Website Terms of Service and the Terms & Conditions of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific Terms & Conditions will apply in relation to that promotion.
Participation in any promotion is subject to the eligibility requirements and other conditions stated in its specific Terms & Conditions.
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.

Where an error occurs, we may correct the information as soon as reasonably practicable.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, the Terms & Conditions of any applicable promotion and Australian law.
Nothing in these Terms or any AUSTMOTO policy is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law, or other applicable legislation.
Where you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law, those statutory rights apply regardless of anything stated in these Terms.
Where you expressly subscribe to AUSTMOTO marketing communications, including by submitting your details through an email subscription form or sending an advertised SMS keyword after being informed that doing so subscribes you to marketing communications, we may send you promotional communications relating to AUSTMOTO.
These communications may include information about new promotions, current promotions, final spots or availability, special offers, motorcycle announcements and other AUSTMOTO news or offers.
You can withdraw your consent to marketing communications at any time using the unsubscribe method provided in the relevant communication.
For SMS marketing, you may unsubscribe by replying STOP where that option is provided.
For email marketing, you may use the unsubscribe link included in the email.
Unsubscribing from marketing communications does not prevent us from sending non-marketing communications that are reasonably necessary in connection with a purchase, transaction, promotion participation or other service you have requested.
